Renessa Newmarket Retirement Residence now complete.  BFH Realty Advisors provided a leadership role on behalf of the client Newmarket Golden Space Inc. on the development of this project including key roles in overseeing initial project management through to all required site development approvals, for this state of the art 156 suite retirement facility, inclusive of multiparty agreements, negotiations, and approvals from multiple government authorities and jurisdictions.

Bloomington Cove Care Community (Expansion & Renovation) Municipal /Regional /Ministry approvals now complete. BFH Realty Advisors provided a leadership role on behalf of the client Sienna Senior Living on the successful  procurement of development approvals, development project management and real estate advisory.

Bowmanville Retirement Community– Completion of successful Rezoning and Official Plan amendments. BFH Realty Advisors provided development project management services on behalf of the client , the Forrest Group, from land acquisition, due diligence, contract management, development design coordination, through to completion of multi jurisdiction development permits and approvals.

Downtown Newmarket Redevelopment project– Successful land assembly for new Condo/retail mixed use development in downtown Newmarket Heritage district. BFH Realty Advisors continues to provide a Leadership role in the redevelopment of a land mark building in downtown Newmarket for a mid rise condominium with ground floor retail on behalf of the client Main Street Clock Inc.
